Just wndering if there are any issues with using a 2.2, 97 Cav Cyl head on my 94 2.2 Cav? What I want to be able to do is remove the head as a unit from the 97 and plop it right on the 94, bolt it up and go!! This is like most due to a head gasket / head issuet. I am by no stretch an engine guy so this will be al ew for me to attempt. To me the car is not worth the $1000 quoted to repair / replace, but still to good to scrap as I have just done the door bottoms and rockers last summer!! I was thinking I could fix it and give it to my daughter now that I have my 2000 Cav.
