Well for the air bag light, Would be either the sensor is wornout, Near the the front hood latch. Also the wiring connector could be loose or broken, And for youre DRL light flashing you must have a burnt headlight bulb running light, Or wiring harness is broken or burnt. Usually the headlight bulb needs replacing.

One of the airbags could have a problem also, or the SRS module or computer whatever its called thats under the passenger seat could have a problem, and the problem could also be the impact sensor up under the hood latch at the front of the car as Rich mentions. My airbag light comes on and off all the time and the dealer has told me theres an intermittent short in the passenger bag, I just can't afford a new bag.
Check the airbag fuse, mine had went out before and it did the same thing
what is the thing under the passenger seat called? i have a 99 z convertible that gets water on the passenger side, so its my guess that whatever is under the seat needs replaced to fix my air bag light
