ok, so ive had this weird noise in the front end of my car for a while now... it like winds kinda, its hard to explain, almost sounds like im driving on a flat tire kinda deal, at first i thought it was my tranny.. then i blew my tranny all to @!#$, put a new one in thinkin that nasty noise in my front end would be gone but no.. then i figured it had to be my axles, so i changed them tonight and its still making the same noise, my wheel bearings are all fine, the noise gets fast and louder as u get goin a bit faster.. i have no clue what this could be? im new to working on cars, what else is there that could be making the noise in my front end. Ive been reading up on my steering rack.. could this be my problem?

oh im driving a 99 2dr cavi base model...

My 96' was making the scraping noise up front i thought it was a wheel bearing but i tried replacing it and couldnt get the d@mn thing off. Then i noticed my brakes were low so i changed them and it went away. The thing that confused me was that it didnt sould like brakes, sounded more like a bearing. So maybe thats it, brakes.

cant be the breaks, just put all new breaks on it.. thanks tho! im taking it to the shop today to get looked at... i give up i cant figure it out
