i have a leak

ok i know i have been having a leak for a while now. but it was not this bad untill the other day when i looked at it. i took some pics from under the car to show you guys. but the area i think it is leaking at is the water outlet black thing. i hope it is just that. i mean im not blowing white smoke out the tail pipe or from under the hood. its not smoking at all its strange. ehat do you guys think i should do?

You will have to take out the water outlet or water neck (black plastic piece) just two screws holding it and also the bracket holding the aluminum tube to have room to pull it out then clean very thoroughly the opening in the engine, inspect the water neck and replace if cracked, also the two o rings a large thin one that goes in the part of the water neck that goes inside the engine and a small one that seals the alluminum tube, I used some petroleum jelly on the large o ring when installing it and worked fine,btw got the o ring from rockauto.com the dealer did not sell that part.

^^so you had the same problem as mine some what. i figured it was that i already bought the o-rings so ill just have to install them this weekend. now a quick question is this going to harm my motor at all because of this leak? thanks for the advice

It should be OK, just in case check the coolant level everyday if the leak is big and refill whatever is missing till you got to change the o rings.
