no cig lighter and check engine suddenly

I used to be able to use my cig lighter and check my engine codes.... now I cant do ither! I checked the fuses. whats wrong?

The OBD2 port and cigarette lighter are on the same fuse, I'd check again.

will say cigar,LTR,etc...that is the fuse that runs both
