i have a 96 sunfire with a 5speed i putting in a motor out of a 99 sunfire how can i tell if the motor is lock up

from your question earlier on aim, it doesnt matter auto of manual.the flywheel/flexplate is attached to the crankshaft, so if you cant spin it, its toast.
