Cavalier - Inside hosing for vents

So I got one odd ass problem. The front 3 vents do not work when switching to front vents on the knob, but the far left one works fine. Switching between all the other cycle of air vents, defrost floor and such work fine. Just not on the front 3 vents.

So I'm looking for ideas on what the heck would cause this? Sounds like a hose or something came undone.. How can I access these hoses? Do i need to remove the entire dash, or just the dash covers?????

Well I figured out what it was.

There is a piece of foam that sits between the air duct that comes to the top of the dash and the one that splits off to the front vents. Well this piece of foam came out a place causing a big gap where all the air flow was escaping. It took me 2 mins to actually fix the problem once I had the front dash top removed.
