what's up? been a while since i been on here, but i figured i could get a little help.. i have a chance to get a real nice 98 sunfire 4 door for $250, body is excellent, interior is excellent, underbody looks good too.. only problem is, the engine does not have any spark to the plugs.. what is the most likely cause of this? and is it cost effective to repair? one other problem with the car, is that it is that light purple color lol... thanks for your help!

Ignition module or coils would be my bet.

the guy i got it from replaced the cam position, and the crank position sensor and it wasn't either of those.. he says it started very hard 1 time, but did start and run fine.. next time he went to start it, it wouldn't and it had no spark..
