3 days ago i was leaving for work, when what else did i do except run over a damn jackstand.... i turned off the car and ill be damned if it didnt puncture my oil pan...but that is not the problem, i got a new oil pan and installed it...everything is fine with the oil...but i put everything back together, and went for a test drive...when i started it the "TRAC OFF" light was on.....so i just decided to go for a drive anyways...and after about 1/2 mile later the RPM dropped like 1500 or so and when i stepped on the gas it didnt want to go, so i pulled over waited a minute, started it back up, started to go again, it was fine until about half the way back home and then did the same thing, and while i was turning onto my street, the car died...i put it in neutral started it, and it was fine untill i pulled into the yard, then started missing like all hell....please someone i am begging you guys, help me if you can!!! THANK YOU

Hmm my ex's car did this before kinda the same way with the TPS sensor, but it set the check engine light with the right code for the TPS. Anyone with HPT tuners might be able to pull more codes then the cheap scanners around. Doesn't sound like it, but did you have any lights come on other then the tach off light? Maybe check engine or anything.

the check engine light was on, but the front o2 sensor was not plugged in, and after i plugged it in the light went off

also, everything was perfect before the jackstand incident...
