Replace that tie-rod end now, and get it re-aligned before something VERY bad happens, then get back on here and let us know whats up.
Could be that tie rod, I'd swap the inner and outer just to be safe.
I've seen vehicles with loose tie rod ends steer like that when you hit a bump, the wheel will go crooked because the looseness in tie rod end throws out the toe.
Could also be a CV shaft issue...

okay so after inspecting all the components in the front I found that the A arm bolt that connects to the spindle was just dangling there, when I removed the cotter pin and nut the bolt fell through, it was a welded bolt. oh well, at least its all fixed and good to go!!!!
