I am having all 4 of those codes p0201, 202, 203, 204. I have some slight hesitation once in a while around 10-30% throttle, I replaced the TPS and my HPTuner says that the TPS signal is good. I cleared the codes, but I still have that misfire in that range, if I go to 35-40%+ the mis goes away, and if I am from 0-10% it is fine too. any thoughts?? what should I check or do.

A fuel injector driver circuit that is open or shorted to voltage will cause a DTC P0201-P0204 to set and will also cause a misfire due to an inoperative injector. A misfire DTC should also be set indicating which injector is inoperative.
