okay ive posted before about a knocking noise coming from my 2.4 someone said pick up a crank kit and replace all that , okay heres my next question? if the knock goes away and comes back at 2800 -3200 rpm's or some times doesn't even knock what could it be? what else could it be. A tech where i work said it might be the timing chain and the plastic tabs. i might have some play thats why its causing a ticking /knocking noise? any help would be great thanks
