eco problems!- wont crank! floods out! why?

ok, so i got my head p&p'd with stainless valves, cometic gasket and cams, and now it wont start. it has sat for about 2 months and i just put it back on. it fired up for about 5-10 seconds and just died, and wont start back up. i have spark, fuel, compression, vacuum. the problem is that when i turn the key the injectors prime like they are supposed to, but as soon as i try to start it the injectors go all out to the point that they flood the cylinders with fuel and keep it from cranking. it is so bad that the plugs are soaked when i pull them out. why? has anyone had problems with their tps or map sensor? we ran a scan tool on it but no codes came up. the only thing it said was without running, the map was at 29.43, which i have been told is supposed to be at 0 and engine duty was at 100% as if it were going all out full throttle and it isnt even running. any ideas anything anyone had these problems with theirs? help please!

It might also have a bad injector and it's leaking and filling the cylinder up with fuel. I would pull out the spark plug and drain out the cylinders.

normally i would say that as well, but all the injectors are doing the same thing. but it seems now that they are operating fine. but it still wont crank. and the plugs are still getting soaked.
