Alright guys i need some help here and yes i did search before i posted. Anyways i have bee n having to open myhood using some pliers and just pulling on the cable but last night the damn thing snapped on me to where it is too short for me to grab with the pliers. Can someone give me a lil bit of detail instruction of how i can pop it. I can go to my friends house and use jack stands to get under it but i just need a lil bit of help so that i know where to look. From what i have read i understand that the cable is attached on the bottom of the actual hood latch and if i could just get my bumper off i probaly could just pull it that way but my bodykit kind of prevents that since to reach the bolts to take off my kit i would have to get the hood open first. So can someone please give me some idea of how to take care of this, at least for awhile until i can afford to get it fixed correctly.Thanks in advance.
HA HA1 nevermind guys. I don't know what the hell i was thinking. It was pretty damn simple to open even with the handle broke. I blame it on the fact that it was dark outside. but Mods feel free to delete.
