OK guyes I fixed my a/c problem, that was a nightmare. So I have one problem left to fix. I put an OBX heder on my car and ever since I have had a problem with the car not running perfectly. Heres what it does. When I start off in first gear (its a stick) it will run ok, but if I let it get to a low rpm like coming to a red light it will most of the time stall, sort of like a tcc on a automatic. Now if I catch it from not stalling at the light the rpm will fluctuate, like it misses, but it doesn't becuase it catches it after about 5-10 sec. I have replaced all 02 sensors. This started right after the install of the OBX header. And currently I have no codes. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if this will be relevant, but I had a similar problem with my 03' cavy. Since it is a different engine and generation, this may not be your problem. I use to have stalls when I came to a stop. I went to the dealership about the problem, they told me I had a recall and they re-flashed my computer (VCU?). Ever since then, no problems. Maybe it has something to do with your VCU. I don't know but that was my problem. Maybe this helps. Take it easy man~
Well it is starting to act funny with the 02 disconnect now. When I first start it up the car will bog very bad. But maybe its just becuase its cold. But I need to figure this problem out today, I am selling the car this weekend.

I have concluded that if I let the car idle for 5 min it runs fine. So it leads me to think that its the header. So I think that I qill get an extra 02 sensor for the car which is heated and tie it into the rear sensor. This way its heated. Has anyone tried this? Does it work.

if someone could just tell me what the wire does what on the cat 02 sensor I will be fine. Basically I need to know what wire to cut to splice the signal wire from the car( Main 02) to the cat 02 wiring.

Your O2 sensor isn't getting warm enough. Theres a post on the forum somewhere that details installing a heated O2 sensor that should fix your problem. since your car is Gen2 though, you'll have to wire the heated element wires to a switched (IGN on) circuit.
Ok I put it in and I am still getting the p134 code. I have had the sensor disconnected for a while because I could not drive the car otherwise. But I am getting .45 volts for the signal

From reading what you posted above (and I got your email but didn't realize it was you at the time I replied) you spliced the signal wire of your front sensor into the signal wire of the back one? That will not work, if anything, it'll make it worse. You can splice the heating element of the heated sensor you are installing in the header to your cat sensor heating wires, but the signal wire from your original front sensor must be connected to the signal wire of the heated sensor you are putting in the header. As I stated in the email, I am not sure which wire of the heated sensor is the one you need to connect to the signal wire (its purple if I remember right) of the engine.
This affect a Automatic 2.4L engine, with header modified ?
