slave cylinder

Sorry to post another slave cylinder topic but I have been reading for hours and just wanted to make sure of things. First off my car is an 03 base 5spd cavalier with 58k miles on the ticker. My clutch master cylinder went out about 800 miles ago so I replaced it. The car was great until today when the clutch pedal went dead while I was in reverse and I had to let the car stall out by stopping. Once it stalled I pulled the pedal off of the floor and pumped it a couple times so I could shift it again. I drove it home and on the way it was alright for shifting quick but if I kept the pedal down for more than a second or two (waiting for a light to change) it would lose pressure. It was missing brake fluid from the clutch reservoir so I checked the master cylinder lines and looked around the top of the tranny and found no signs of leakage. When i got under the car I found brake fluid dripping from the bottom of the tranny. Is there anything this could be other than the slave cylinder? I just wanted to make sure before I order my whole new spec stage 2 clutch on monday. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give.

the seal in the slave cylinder might have broken and on my 94 sunbird on the bottom of the tranny is an open area where u can see the flywheel bout an inch wide 2 inches long if the seal is broken it might squirt brake fluid inside the trans and it leaks out there new slave cylinder probaly run you about 40-80 bucks for 94 it was 49 i dunno bout 2000+

sit and push the clutch in and out but check ur fluid first that way it isnt to low that u create an air pocket...beleive me they suck
but after u push the clutch in and out go under the car and see if the fluid is leaking out again put some cardboard down tho as to not make a mess of driveway/road
