I asking this for a friend he has a 1997 sunfire and both his low beams are out. He's changed the relay, the bulbs, the sockets. His hi beams work fine just doesn't have any low beams. any suggestions on what this could be.

Fuses were changed...Entire Front Headlight Harness was swapped as well as the headlight switch with a known good one...
take out the bulb and see if you are getting juice to the bulb..If not I would start checking continuity in the wiring harness
