On the 2000-2002 headlights, there is a round plastic piece that holds the bulb in the headlight assembly. Is this a part the I can get at like an advance auto or pep boys, or do I have to go to a dealer? Two of the three prongs broke off, and I'm afraid that with the bumpy ride, the bulb will just fall out.

Try duct tape to hold it on in the meanwhile. It's a dealer-only kind of part. You MAY be able to skirt this by seeking out a salvage yard that has a compatable year car that has a front end in tact.
