is there any way to adjust the ebrake without removing the center console thank you

on third gen j's the e-brake is self adjusting.

you can slightly ajust the drums in the back to giv it a harder/stiffer feel.

and generally ,when you're at the complete top of the throw for the ebrake handle, you need to change you shoes.
