Hey all. I was wondering if it is possible to drop a 3100 series engine from a 95 grand prix into a 95 grand am....
i know the engine will fit on the engine mounts BUT....i need to know if the bell housing from the quad4 5spd tranny will fit on the 3100.

i think that the tranny from the quad4 was a NVG-500 5spd manual. and if it is i know it will bolt up to the older 3.1L v6........but is the bellhousing the same for the newer 3100 series engine.
