Hey, I have a '98 cavy with the 2.4L. About 2 weeks ago I was driving from calgary to BC and during the ride, everything was fine. When i went to leave a couple days later, I had been driving about an hour, it got dark so I turned on the headlights. When I went to click the headlight switch into highbeam, the lights go back to the DRL condition. The little highbeam symbol does not show on my dash either. At first I thaught it was the switch, I had a spare from my crashed sunfire, threw it in and still same problem. The DRL's work fine, the regular headlights work fine and the fogs work fine, only when I go into highbeams does it return to the DRL condition. There 2 relays that run along the inside of the front bumper and you can the armature moving in both of them. I have no clue what could be the problem. Anyone with a similar problem or advice is gretaly appreciated. Thanks.
