Is this 94 sunbird 4 cyl or V6 ?. well for the cyl head job, Youre gonna need ratchet set with 6mm to 21mm deep / shallow sockets, Also few flat head, And philps (star screw driver). A few 8mm to 18mm wrenches, Also a torque wrench would be good to have, And If dont have one doesnt matter. Also some long extention for the ratches. I believe the powersteering bracket has to come off, Their is a bolt hiding behind the block, Far behind the Intake. I cyl hd will be a bit of pain to knock loose, Depends on how seized the old H/G is toast. I wouldnt pry with a screw driver on the cyl head, Just a 2x4 piece of wood strike it hard with a large hammer, Then lift it straight off the engine block It will be a bit heavy. Otherwise it should pop off once you get the power steering bracket apart.

Good Luck
