ok, the car is a 98 cav 2200 manual. the noise is a constant ticking and its coming from the dash on the passenger side. it ticks even when the car is off...and my car was dead this morning and i couldnt turn the car over. i did some reading and thought that it might be the blower, so i unhooked the battery and took that off, plugged the battery back in and it still makes that sound. what else could this be? heater core?
