ok i have a 1998 cavalier 5 speed and i just replaced the motor and it wont start no click or anything it is not getting power to the switch on the starter solenoid i checked it with a light and its not getting any power i checked the fuses in and outside the car under the hood the cps is hooked up it has purple and yellow wires on it correct
Trace the problem back to the ignition key, and back to whatever else. It's in there somewhere.
