2003 Cavalier Horn Dead. Where's the relay?

I'm trying to find where the horn relay is on my 2003 Cavalier. I have determined the wiring and horn are good, but I suspect the relay has gone bad.

Can anyone please point me in right direction?

On the 00-05 cars, it's a tiny black relay taped to the ignition loom under the steering column. Mine was on the top, hard to see from under the wheel.

you gotta take some stuff apart to get to it and its a sensitive piece breaks really easy

Thanks! I'll be gently opening the car up later in the week. I'm hoping it's just a loose wire and not the relay.
