I had to change my bottom rad hose on my 96 sunfire 2.2L. It was a real pain to do for such a simple job. not much room. Once I got the new hose on I noticed it was partly kinked at the bottom was right up against the a/c compressor. (after looking at the old hose I could tell the old one had been too. That was what had caused the hole.) Anyways it is partly kinked at the top elbow of the hose as well. I looked at my neighbor's 95 2.2 and his car has alot more room inbetween the rad and the a/c compressor. Is this different from a 95 to a 96 or cold my rad be pushed back from something (doesn't look like it) or my motor somehow forward slightly (motor mount??)
Anyone run into this problem with kinked hose before? It still has flow but I am not comfortable with leaving it kinked.
