when may car is running and it is idling sometime the idle goes down and shuts off. and when i am driving when i punch it bogs out for a sec or 2 the it starts to go.

sounds like it could be a number of problems. have you eliminated any yet?

it could be the fuel filter or injectors. you need to pull 1 of your injectors to see if it is spraying the correct amount of furl or if it is barely comming out. my thinking is that its somthing in the fuel system, but i dont know.

if not the fuel system check your intake vacumm hoses and lines to the throttle body. if one of those becomes worn through or disconnected it can cause a wierd idle.
