Bad Viberation/ Shaking

Hey, I had just put my winter tires on. Since i have put them on there has been an awful viberation in my car. It was also there when i had the summer ones onn to but not as bad. The car is fine till i go around 90-95 km's, and everything starts shaking, I can barly go faster then 120 cause the dash just shaking like crazy. The tires doesn't have no weight's on them, they have some kind of bag stuff, called counter ballance i believe. first time i ever tryed it could that be the problem. When i put on my brakes, it get's even worse no possible way to keep the wheel from not shaking. I was wondering what thing's could cause this? Thanks guys

That counter balance stuff is really only for massive tires or 4x4's. Take it out and use a good tire shop to balance the tires with normal weights. I used to use the BB's that get poured in through the valve stem on my Avalanche but I had 265/80/16's and my brother uses them on his Jeep with 35/12.5/16's. We use a mounted disc between the hub and wheel filled with sand on our equipment at the airport. All those vehicles rarely see highway speeds (unless my brother and I have had a few...). The Cavvy wheels need to be finely balanced for a smooth ride.
