I have a busted coolant line from the thermostat housing to the plastic "Sideways H" crossover. My question is theres a plastic line from the TS housing to this piece and also wrapped in rubber. How does this disconnect from the "H" if its possible?

Doesn't disconnect. Get a new hose assembly.
