started hittin the fuel filter with pb today... noticed the are's pretty tight in there to get a wrench on... anyone have any trick for gettin to it? would heat help?
You did drop the evap canister, right? That should open things nicely. I had no problems after I took the 30 seconds to do this.

I believe so... apparently there's an evap cannister in the way. That reminds me... I have to change my fuel filter soon...
The fuel filter is above and behind this (behind from the picture, towards the front of the car). It is above the torsion bar.

99+ has the EVAP canister in the rear. I'm pretty sure 98 and older were up front.
wish mine was in the back maybe then wouldnt of broke it twice in a wreck
