That and alot of condensation after cold start up on the floor of my garage right under my tail pipe after I gave it a good rev. My fuel pressure gauge says only 40 psi? Could I be THAT rich at only 40 psi? I don't really want to turn the Fuel pressure down anymore than that.
I have a 99 2.4, 9:1-9:3 compression ratio with 2001 2.4 fuel injectors, brand new fuel filter, motor only has 300 miles on it.
Any insight or Ideas would be great..
Thanks.

Gas won't make it all the way to the back bumper.
It has to be water. It can make alot of water.

Condensation happens when the air inside your exhaust/pipe is warmer than the outside air.
Any engines are like that. Justthe result of the humidity and the hot exhaust gas.

water in the exhuast is normal... as is a little steam after you start it (water evaporating). Don't shrug it unless you get steam or white smoke a few minutes after its started.
40psi sounds normal... my mustang is stock 38, but your o2's can cause your computer to tel the injectors to have have longer pulse widths... check your codes if you really think it's rich. If it really is rich you should see black smoke at hard acceleration though.
