this isnt for my car, but my co-worker has a 04 cav, and his passenger wiper dosent work anymore. i pulled off the plastic cover, and seen the linkage was seperated. so i put it back together, but it wont stay in. one wipe, and it pops itself out. is there supposed to be a pin underneath to hold the linkage on there? or is that nipple supposed to pop into that "hole" and clip? i couldnt really see underneath the linkage and didnt see any pins or anything floating around. anyone have this problem?? or a solution?

I believe i had that similar problem except mine was with the drivers arm. If you can tell where the seperation is and if it's got a white cap and a ball thing, you have to push those together super tight, i had to use a pair of vise grips as i wasn't strong enough to pop it in.

sorry to bring this back from the dead, but we still have the same issue. he's been without his pass. wiper for a few months now. i tried popping it in with the vice grips, but it just would not go in.
is my best bet to just get a whole new linkage assembly??
any other suggestions??
and also.......will the linkage setup from 95-02 fit in an 03-05? i assume yes, but figured i should check
