2200 Head TOQE SPECS and PATTERN HELP

So Ill be reinstalling my serviced/ported/polished head tommrow and I need to know what the tightening pattern and torque specs are for the 2200 2.2 (in my 01 sunfire)

any other re-install things I may need to know would be great too!

I had a haynes Manual but I cant find the dern thing!!!
