when i start my car it normally idles at 900rpm but when i hit the throttle it will only return to 1500rpm but when i press down on the throttle shaft it goes back down to 900rpm but the shaft does not move.
Any thoughts on what this could be i aready cleaned the butterfly and lubed the shaft
Try testing your tps.
