just wut it says need to replace inner tie rod, looks like the rack needs to be dropped atleast partially to do so on driver side..

I usually take out the subframe to drop the rack... but I've never had to change the tie rod, so I can't comment there.

well inner tie rod u can do on pass. side but theres no way in hell getting in there on driver side. so im assuming i can drop the rack to get to it.. maybe drop the rack just partially to work on drivers side only?

wut do i all need t do to drop subframe and after i do that do i have to worry about anything falling? more insight would be helpful thanx
