where do i check fluid ? help !!!!

Just wondered where i check the fluid on my 97 cav z24 for the tranny
im getting some grinding into second gear and i want to see how the fluid is !

also if someone has a quick fix to a little gear grinding id love to hear!

please let me know !!

Karo (Car Customs)

If its a 5 speed, you have a dip stick on the TOP of the transmission... its the same place you pure in the fluid from.
