Spark plug tip in the cylinder?!?!?!?

one of the spark plug tip broke and is the cylinder. It's the small tip (delco platinium) so iut's a piece about 0.5mm * 0.5mm.

Anything I can do to be sure it won't be bouncing around and damaged the engine?

Get or borrow a shopvac and use a small tip, then stick the tip into the cylinder and turn the vacuum on. Should suck that little thing right out.

The tip broke WHILE the engine was running. I did 35-30km with only 3 cyl. So I can't see the tip.

Also, I checked the compression and it's still perfect. it was 255 before the tip brake and it's still 255.

If it happened while the engine was running and diddn't do anything, most likely it's blown out the exhaust already.
