In short my horn doesn't work. I looked @ every fuse in the car and there all good. However when I press the horn all I hear is a click. Does anybody have a suggestion to what the problem is?

check that the wire connected to the actual horn is plugged in.....i had the same problem, and my mechanic looked and said the wire had come loose (which its not supposed to) plugged it back in, horn worked fine, and ya i had just the clicking noise too....
Hey guys, I have a '98 Cavalier and the horn basically works when it wants to. Most of the time it doesn't work but sometimes when I'm driving slow and take a sharp corner and turn the wheel back I can get it to work. Or it will work randomly and less than a minute later it doesn't work. This wouldn't be the relay would it? Or perhaps like said before the connecter for the horn is loose? How do I approach/ fix this problem?
I have the same problem with my horn but only in really cold weather like if it sits over night I have to punch the steering wheel then it works fine after a few honks. And I also hear a click coming when honk the horn, it sounds like clicks are coming from the glove compartment on my 96 sunfire.
I cant figure out what it is either.

x2
it happened on my old grand prix, i fixed it by dump luck. i puched the steering wheel(no airbag) and the cover poped out and i saw the problem. plugged it back in and worked fine
Yep, take the airbag cover off and check the wiring. I fixed that problem on mine this summer. Just be sure to de-active the airbag system. Last thing you want is to get punched in the face by the airbag. safety first!

the clicking noise is just the relay working. normally you wouldn't hear it because the horn overpowers it.
so, that means the switch in the steering wheel should be fine also, b/c the relay is clicking, meaning it's getting a signal from the horn button.
so, next thing to check is your horn which will be located somewhere inside the front bumper. i'm not sure where exactly, but it's somewhere up there. Make sure the wires are attach properly, and not corroded too badly. Sometimes it helps to clean them up, and get the rust/salt/buildup/whatever off.
If its a 3rd gen your gonna have to take of the bumper cover which is easy, and the horn itself is on the passenger side.

you dont have to take off the bumper cover!!!!!!!!!
the horn is on the passenger side but you only need to take the inner fender off
