Well i just got new tires no more then 4 months ago. Still on the stock rims and there winter tires (one with thick tread). Well the outside of the rims on the front are starting to wear down really fast. the tires are at the right PSI, i got a alignment when i got the tires put on, and i havn't done anythign with the suspention since i got the tires. Any clue what i should do? I maybe should rotate them soon too.

The outisde of the rims on the front, are wearing fast. So either your camber is to much negative, or your toe out is to much. I would get the alignment rechecked, and also check tie rods, ball joints, almost any steering or suspension part will effect tire wear.

Winter tires are for winter driving. They are generally made of a softer compound to grip the road at frigid temperatures. In the summer heat, they will grip the road alright, to a point of wearing faster than normal. I'd lay odds that you're fuel economy has also suffered?
