My friend has a 2000 cavalier 4 spd auto 2.2L, He gave me a call, Hes broken down on the hwy. I went out to pick him up. I took a look to see what the problem is. He told me his car just went dead chuggging. I noticed a strong odor of fuel smell, I noticed his fuel pressure regulator is leaking out fuel. Just wondering how easy this job is, I believe the fuel injector rail has to be removed on this car?.
Thanks in advanced.
it was pretty easy on my 2.4L.
i had to remove my fuel rail and the gas lines. i think i took out my injectors too so i could move the rail a little more.
GO PATS!!!
