Draining the coolant system

How do you drain the coolant system on a 2000 cavalier? I cant find any type of bleed valve or whatever that the other years have. How to I ensure there is no air in the system once I refill?

Thanx,
Matt

Not sure on where an actual drain is, but you can just pull off the lower rad hose. And to bleed the air just leave the cap off the surge tank while it's running.

The drain plug is on the bottom right corner of the rad (facing the car). I'm pretty sure the first thing you do is remove the cap from your fill tank, then drain the rad, then there should be a plug on the block to drain as well. On the 2200 its beneath your header if i remember correctly, about half way down. Once those 2 are done the cooling system should be drained. When I drained my system I took out the fill tank and cleaned it out as well.
