First of all, Are you getting a check engine light on?. If so I would get the ecu scanned for trouble codes. If youre car is running crappy, You need to explain more info what kind of things is happening.

no im not getting a check engine ,,, the only thing that a could say right now is that a loss some power somewhere my motor seems like its running fine but the sound at the other end is different.. Yesterday i just ran it around the bloc and when i got a my place a bearly had enough power just to back the car up.... thats the only thing i can tell you guys right now ..my mecanic is comming at my place to check it ...hope its not something to expensif...

My guess would be you will need a compression test done to find out any internal problems, Or you got an intake manifold gasket leak. If you got a mechanic friend coming by, I am sure he can narrow it down for you.

I had somewhat similar problems quite a while back. Seems like misfiring, loss of performance, etc. No codes, either. Plug wires went 'south', nearly frying the coil packs, fouling them up. If your plug wires have high resistance, then replace the wires and packs.
