i have a 96 ld9 (2.4) and it is leaking oil bad from the back of the motor passenger side. i checked everything and it still leaks. there is oil on top the water pump but not on the header so it is not the valve cover like every one says. i was wondering because it is overhead cam and oil has to fow through the head to got to the cams and lifters, could the oil possibly leak from the head gasket? please let em know. thanks

My guess would be the valve cover gasket, I konw with my friends z24 had the same problem, Even on the 2.2L engine they have valve cover gaskets go as well, Even oil seems to leak out of the pcv hole as well.
