sensors are fine unless they go out. only one id change before it went out is maybe an o2 sensor as they can be bad and effect gas mileage and not always set off a CEL

Just change all fluids/filters if you havent in awhile

im approaching 180k mine still runs great ive only replaced o2 sensors because they did set off a CEL. ive just replaced all fluids/filters

You do anything from the 100K mile service?? Way back then (I'm just past 180K myself), I had the hoses, water and oil pumps replaced, plugs and wires replaced, and the radiator flushed. Every other year, I have the brakes flushed. The rear seal went on me a short while ago, was only a slow leak fortunately. Lesse, new tranny a year ago, replaced head gasket last fall. Keep the oil+filter changed, use a Techron laced cleaner in the tank (or Seafoam), and let the ponies REALLY run (briefly) every so often. If not used to the occasional hard run, slowly work up to it.
