Help with Bad Running Ecotec

Well I did several searches and found about everything you could imagine! So I thought I'd go out and run the car and come back to post what exactly is the problem. After the drive I ran my data logger and got a screen capture on it as well to help out some.

Little history...I have replaced both front and rear 02 sensors, I have new plugs as well. 02 sensors are AC Delco and the plugs are OEM replacements (dealer installed while I was getting my oil changed). The problem was before the sensors and plugs were replaced also. I thought I had bad 02s so I replaced them int he last week but still have the problem.

Problem...I get a mean, really mean hesitation at low rpms. Any gear, under 2,000 rpm the car almost stops running! It's almost as if I snapped the timing belt! Once above 2,000 rpm I can give it WOT and not have a problem though.

I also seem to have a loss of power all through the power band. It doesn't pull as hard, takes longer to run through the rpm range and generally doesn't perform like it has...like I'm dragging a piano or something!

So, here is the screen shot of the codes and what each said as well as the data logging in the background. Look close at B1S2 Fuel Trim....99%! B1S1 is like 3% - 7% all the time. It's red, red, red, red, red on the data logger so this is my problem, but what does it mean and how do I fix it? Also the closed loop for B1and Not Reported for B2 (look close at the screen shot) Everything else is running good it seems but B1S2 Fuel Trim?????

Thanks!

Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?

Fuel trim positive ( above zero) means the car was running lean and the computer said lean go rich, the exact opposite, if its negative, it was rich and said go lean.

I would check exhasut backpressure, should be below 1.5psi.

I would check fuel pressure.

Fuel pressure? Hmmm, how to go about testing that?

I'm thinking a bad injector at this point maybe fuel pressure too? Gues that could explain it some. It's like the car is flooding out at lower rpms though? There is a Bosch test center (hell, I'm in Germany there should be one near me huh?) just down the road from me and I think I'm going to run the car by there tomorrow and see what they have to say. I tried to call them today but never got through???

I'll post if anything is found I guess. Thanks.

sounds like a cloged fuel filter. they say they should be replaced every 15-20k other than that try running some strong fuel system cleaner.

see ya!

check fuel pressure, fuel pump may be taking a dump

Its not how fast your car goes....its how much nerve the driver has to push it that fast.

So a fuel pump/filter would hurt the performance at lower rpms but not make the car hesitate at higher rpms? I mean the car doesn't have the same amout of power as it use to have but that seems odd to me that it could be a filter/pump if it doesn't hesitate at higher rpms?

I dont' know that's why I posted it here though so you may be right? I'm going to check the filter and stuff today so guess I'll see?

Thanks!
