Check engine light

So I'm driving down the street one day and my light comes on. I took it to the GM dealer and they cleared it for me since I used to work there. That lasted for about a week and it came back on so I talked to the foreman, and he said the fuel filler necks have a tendency to rot out and make that code (mine was rotted really bad). So I replaced the neck and the light went out. That lasted for about 2 weeks and now its back on again. Any one have any other ideas what it could be?. Its the same code about the EVAP system leak, and my gas cap is new as well so that can't be it. Maybe a PCM reflash would fix that? Thanks

Climb under the car, in the back. Look on the passenger side where the spare tire well ends, there should be a black box. Look through the wiring harnesses in that area and see if there are any broken wires.

That was the problem on my car.

Ya, last time I did my oil change I checked all the wiring on the charcoal canister and everything was ok.
