ok well since my car will be going in the shop to get the core support fixed i need to take a few before pic's well when i got the car from my buddy he said it was running rich. but would this make my car run rich?
i need to know what that hose is and what that sensor is/
OMG.
That's the vacuum line that goes to the map sensor. Very vital. Plug that hose into the thing above it.
Too add on...
Your computer is seeing full throttle from the map sensor, as there is no vacuum.
It also looks like there is no connector or nipple that the line goes on. Ge a new map sensor, plug it in and put the vacuum line on.
the plug broke off from the MAP. Like tom said, get a new map.
