what line is this comming off the throttle body and whats the little box type thing it goes into?.... heres some pics

this is the line, is this a vac hose?

this box has a sensor or some crap, that middle line from the thgeottle body and another line going into it, i got no idea what it is.......thanks guys

what does it do?.........i see there is 3 lines going into it on the one side, and then looks like there should be 1 comming out the other side but i dont got one? or is it suppos to b like that?
