I have a 1999 Cavalier 2.2L in which the ABS light is on constantly after a few second after staring the car. I have visually checked the wheel speed sensors and they seem okay.

Is there any way I can retrieve the problem codes from the EBCM? If so, what is the procedure, and what do the codes mean? Where is the EBCM located in this vehicle? What are the most common failures associated with this problem?

Any other information would be helpful and thank you in advance!
