ok guys, lets keep discussions out of here. Simple question. If bash registration was $50/car, and included both racing, and show N shine, at a private rental. In the event of private rental, I'll likely also charge for spectators. If I can get 40 people to register for the track rental, the private rental would be a possibility, really opening up how much we can do during the bash.
So...the question is...
If I opened up registration tomorrow, for $50/car, how many people would
GUARANTEE they could register before February 1? I'll need $1500 of the $2000 before I feel comfortable committing to the private rental.
if we don't get enough, everyone just gets refunded in full (or difference in price vs a test n tune visitation)
i think its in the best interests to keep costs as low as possible
1989 Turbo Trans Am #82, 2007 Cobalt SS G85
can i bring the camaro out and play if i pay?
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
I paid last year and didn't show up lol
last year was 50-60 cars showing registered, so I think its feasible. 20-30 bucks isn't that much more then we were already paying, and the ultimate reward is far greater
im with jesse.

I plan on prepaying but I can't guarantee that I could have it by Feb 1
I'm not showing or a racing, or even bringing a GM... but I'll prepay and support the cause.

understood, my issue is simply, I need a strong start before I can commit to a 2,000 dollar price tag for a track rental. If we can get the first 1500, I'm comfortable with it.
Good plan,
Just get me a definite number soon because I need to know how much to plan for,
This being my first bash and all I have no clue what the rate is.
how long would the track be open for?

You look so much cuter with something in your mouth.
im up for it and will be bringing the vette and the cav to play at the bash
like many others, again I won't race or show n shine, but like last year I'll support the cause.
